Associate Director

Theo is an Associate Director at Greenbrook, advising a diverse range of private capital clients and global asset managers on fund launches, fundraising, M&A, narrative development, and reputation management. He has significant experience advising engaged shareholders on activism and has also worked with listed companies. Additionally, he has expertise in special situations, including debt restructurings. Prior to joining Greenbrook, Theo worked in the sales team of a global asset and wealth management firm and interned with the investor relations team at an infrastructure fund. Theo holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Bristol University and a master’s in Emerging Economies and International Development from King’s College London.
