Simon joined Greenbrook as an Advisor in 2017, bringing extensive knowledge of the political, financial and private equity realms. His previous positions have included Communications Secretary to HM Queen Elizabeth II, advisor to former Prime Minister John Major, senior roles at Reuters and British Airways and Chief Executive of the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association. Following five years as the Director General of the Institute of Directors, Simon was appointed as a senior non-executive in the UK Government’s Department for International Trade. Simon was awarded a CBE in the 2017 New Year Honours list.
